As I was about to finish my 1st year in college, I have experienced a lot of unforgettable memories that gave to me lessons that literacy changed the direction where my life was about to pass.

As I write this article, I want to share you all the wisdom I have learned. Here the twenty (20) lessons that I learned:

1. Good typing skills are very, very important.
2. Always listen to discussions.
3. Recite. Recite. Recite. (Especially in Sociology and English)
4. Always read the bulletin board.
5. During group practices, try to go late sometimes.
6. Do your homework 10 minutes before the class.
7. Your professors can also be your friends.
8. Eat fish balls, pineapples, corn, etc. In short eat street foods.
9. Always bring a pack of a cracker on your bag.
10. Be willing to walk for a long distance.
11. Always return what you have borrowed.
12. Sleeping in a noisy classroom is not a hoddy, it's skill.
13. "Rebisco" (choco sandwich in our canteen is very good)
14. Never underestimate the power of a good ballpen.
15. Always bring sheets of intermediate and yellow pad.
Note: There are many parasites in the classroom, so I suggest not to bring whole pad.
16. Sing beautifically. Sing addictly. Just sing with your hand and emotion.
17. Avoid fighting with your classmates. Result can be ugly.
18. Taking handkerchief of your classmate is still stealing.
19. The best way If you are disappointed to recopy your book is to comeback 10 minutes to your class.
20. Love your classmates.
